About Me

Troia received two Masters of Science from the University of Oxford and City, University of London in Policy Evaluation and Behavioural Economics. She graduated summa cum laude and with the highest honors from Brandeis University, where she was a Schiff Fellow.

She was a 2017 García-Robles Binational Business Fulbright Fellow in Mexico and a 2020 Marshall Scholar. She is also the author of Approaching Applications: Suggestions for Applying to Scholarships, a free book aimed at helping students shoot for the stars. Having had her education funded by three global governments, she knows how to help students not only strive for their dreams but also compete for merit-based funding.

Beyond academics, she has worked as a Congressional staffer for House leadership and as a humanitarian assistance policy associate. She has written everything, from legislative bills to academic theses, from documents used by the White House to legal journal articles in Lexology. She strives to not only help students achieve their immediate goals but also develop skills for lifelong success.
